Returning to the gym and don't remember much of the weight routines to do. Is there a website that shows how to do basic beginner weight lifting? I looked up a lot but most of them showed only one picture or no pictures or you had to join $$

Try typing in beginner weight training routines or exercises and FYI you should consider your self returning to weight training. How long had you been lifting before stopping?
