I have been looking to get certified as a personal trainer in addition to my dietetics degree and was curious if anyone knew about IART certification. I have been told that it's better or a step up from NASM. I am looking for the best of what's out there and also to then get certified in super-slow training, so I need a good knowledge base in biomechanics. I already have a science degree and a minor in exercise physiology, so the basics are covered. If anyone is certified through IART or knows anything about it or super-slow please let me know. Thanks!
